Banjoko Wildlife Preserve Facing Eviction by City of Page

The City of Page is requiring Voices of the Wild Foundation Inc. (VOW) to provide a $100K Bond to protect the city in case the animals at Banjoko Wildlife Preserve are abandoned and to restore the leased property to its original condition.

In order to establish a Bond any Surety Company requires that a Bond Form be provided by the Obligee. In this case, the City of Page is the Obligee. The City of Page has neglected to provide the Bond Form that is required of them as Obligee.

Voices of the Wild Foundation which represents Banjoko Wildlife Preserve has been attempting to secure the Bond Form from the City of Page. The City of Page has maintained that they do not have a Bond Form. Now the City of Page is attempting to evict Banjoko Wildlife Preserve from the property because it has been unable to secure the Bond. This eviction would cause the animals at Banjoko Wildlife Preserve to lose their homes. Banjoko currently houses giraffes, exotic birds, camels, and reptiles.

PLEASE HELP US BY EMAILING THE CITY OF PAGE AND VOICING YOUR CONCERNS ABOUT THIS WRONGFUL EVICTION!
